MAC Group’s in-house sales department is trained in all products. In many cases our associates have experience working as photographers.  Others possess skills that enable them to perform as a representative of the technical services department. It is this level of product knowledge and product competence that has won accolades from dealers around the country who compliment MAC Group as having the finest order department in the imaging business.

Dealers who are in remote areas of the country, or whose sales volume does not warrant frequent visits by our traveling sales representatives, are serviced monthly by an inside sales team with personal phone calls. In addition to having a thorough knowledge of each of our products, team members have a long-standing relationship with the outlying dealers and can track orders efficiently no matter where they are shipped.

Associates receive ongoing training and maintain a database of frequently asked questions so that each associate can share the experiences of others. This benefits our customers by assuring fast and accurate product and application information.
